| Tom Large, President & CEO of TRBY stated: "We are delighted to be getting underway. As always, extensive planning and preparation have gone into the production of these pieces (save for independent journalist reviews) to communicative our message as clearly as possible. In terms of 'Mice & Men', it appears our mice are far more reliable: as plans and expectations of an early filing, for external reasons, changed last week to the need to engage a new 'preparing accountant' (as opposed to SEC reporting accountant). Our reasonable expectations are to be timely filed. |
| "Concerns over the holiday impact on sales in the months of July and August appear to have been unfounded as, even without any media support and web traffic down, July was near the previous quarter monthly average and August has already equaled July. We are consistently taking orders for the $150 Virtually Hands Free Mousing (VHF) System and Quill Well Mouse Mats. Corporate orders and orders to email addresses ending in ".gov" continue and we are now receiving second and third order placements from such accounts." |
| "It is our belief that our product is working in the hands of its users and meeting the expectations that we have set for it. Our understanding is that there is a growing awareness of the issues of computer mice by corporate Ergonomists that will likely further the development of that aspects of our business." |
| "The Media Blitz campaign, now underway, will help to spread our message to the computer using public. In one (or more) of the Health TV program airings featuring RSI and the Quill, Professor Hedge, from Cornell University, explains on camera that if you mouse for more than 20 hours a week in a non-neutral posture (as with ordinary mice), within 2-5 years, you will get RSI Symptoms. The science of biomechanics delivers neutral posture and is fundamental to the IPR we own and are exploiting in our products." |

| NEW MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY PROVIDES LESS INVASIVE HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGERY |
| SAN DIEGO, CA - September 30, 2002-- A hair transplant device has been developed to provide improved quality and less invasive hair transplants for Asian clients. The Choi Implanter was developed in Korea specifically for Asian hair, which tends to be thicker and more widely spaced. The Choi Implanter features the ability to insert one transplanted hair at a time. With other types of hair transplants, a hole must be bored in the scalp to receive the hair plug or an incision is made in the scalp and a clump of many hairs is inserted. This type of transplant leads to longer healing times and is prone to more scarring and a less than natural look. The Choi Implanter's "Single Touch Method" allows the Surgeon to place a single hair into the implanter, and then using it's needle like tip, insert the hair into the patient's scalp without the need for bore holes or cut incisions. Faster healing times, less scarring and a more natural hair line are the result of this less invasive surgery. |
| In the past, eyebrow and eyelash transplants have been difficult to perform with natural looking results due to the delicate nature of the hair and its need to grow in a specific direction. The Choi Implanter allows the Surgeon to set the bore size of its needle tip to accommodate various hair sizes. For an eyebrow or eyelash transplant, the Surgeon may choose a hair from the patients scalp that closely matches their eyebrow or eyelash hair, then insert the transplanted hair at the proper angle to match existing hairs. This process is repeated until the area is properly filled in with newly transplanted hairs, giving a natural appearance. Many patients suffering from burns, scarring, accidents or age may benefit from this technique. |
| The Choi Implanter device was developed in Korea by Dr. Y.C. Choi and Dr. J.C. Kim especially for Asian hair transplantation and is gaining wide acceptance by Surgeons throughout Asia. Dr. Phillip C. Paik of Southern California, received instruction in the use of the Choi Implanter under the tutelage of Dr. Choi and Dr. Kim while in Korea. |
| Dr. Paik specializes in hair transplants and restoration exclusively to Asian clients. Dr. Paik has offices in San Diego and Los Angeles, California. He is a member of International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and a member of European Society of Hair Restoration Surgery. Dr. Paik is available for interviews. |

| Recently a group of scientists tested over 150 supplements to determine their effectiveness in boosting the immune system, specifically Natural Killer (NK) cells activity. Test results demonstrated that two supplements tested at unsurpassed levels: Transfer Factor™ and Transfer Factor Plus™. The Transfer Factor Plus™ boosted NK cell activity by 248% above normal immune response. |
| Natural Killer (NK) cells are an important part of our body's immune system. They seek and destroy harmful cells through direct contact. It is the responsibility of the immune system to defend the body against infection, disease and environmental damage. NK cells are the immune system's first line of defense |
| Transfer factors are small amino acid molecule chains that carry vital immune system educators. They are not vitamins, minerals, herbs or hormones, rather they are highly concentrated immune messaging systems. Medical research on transfer factors dates back for more than 50 years. And now, after years of researching how to extract and deliver transfer factors, after approximately 3,000 peer-reviewed studies and scientific papers documenting the benefits of transfer factor therapy, transfer factor supplements are available commercially. |
| Transfer factors have been shown to help the body boost an under reactive immune system, suppress an overactive immune system and act to educate the immune system to specific foreign pathogenic cells. |
| Pediatric experiences with Transfer Factor™ Products have been dramatic. Over a twelve month period of clinical study, 88 children who used Transfer Factor™ daily at recommended maintenance dosage for six or more months were compared to the same aged and same sexed children who did not use Transfer Factor™, their illness and antibiotic use were compared. Results of this clinical trial showed a 74% reduction in reported illness and an 84% reduction in antibiotic use in the children taking the Transfer Factor™. Not only does this kind of health improve the quality of life of the child, but for working parents time saved not having to care for sick children is a benefit in and of itself. |
| The key in the efficiency of using Transfer Factor™ products is that, given the right information, our immune systems can self regulate. It's as if they need a reminder of how to properly function. And, it is in the biochemical coding transferred from Transfer Factor™ that the necessary information exchanged takes place. Once reeducated, our immune systems regroup and rebalance, allowing the body to heal and properly defend itself. |

| Founded in 1998, 4Life Research uses an exclusive patented process to produce its Transfer Factor™ products. 4Life Research currently operates in North America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. |
